Jonathan Calleri should be denounced by the Court of Sports Justice of São Paulo due to the slap on the cell phone of Felipe Goto, under-15 athlete of Palmeiras, in the departure of the tricolor delegation of Allianz Parque after defeat by 4 to 0 in the final of Paulistão.

The case of the São Paulo striker falls under article 258 of the Brazilian Sports Justice Code for “assuming any conduct contrary to discipline or sports ethics not typified by the other rules of this code”.

Calleri can be punished with one to six games of suspension to be served in Paulistão 2023. If there is an understanding that the episode is not extremely serious, there is a possibility that the tricolor shirt 9 will only receive a warning.

Calleri has already publicly apologized for the act of anger right after the Paulista Championship final and was willing to pay for the repair of the Palmeiras boy’s cell phone. However, the young man has already been presented with a new device by the president of Palmeiras, Leila Pereira, this Tuesday.

Last Monday, the São Paulo striker was the most awarded player at the Paulista Championship party, leaving with the trophies for the most beautiful goal in the competition, a star of the crowd and a member of the tournament’s selection.

Palmeirense should also be denounced

Who also has a good chance of receiving punishment from TJD-SP is Danilo, from Palmeiras. After the Paulistão title, the steering wheel recorded videos in which he appears making homophobic provocations to São Paulo.

“The guys are shit. The bambi are shit,” said Danilo in images circulated on the internet.

According to article 243-G of the Brazilian Sports Justice Code, the player is liable to punishment if he “practices a discriminatory, contemptuous or outrageous act, related to prejudice due to ethnic origin, race, sex, color, age, condition of elderly or disabled person”.
